Yes, but I'd rather not go into the playoffs losing. I'm hoping they will win their last couple of games, so they can be ready..

by default he means the NL west is the laughing stock of the league.
It is likely that 7 teams in the (4 from NL) will finish with better records (and played harder schedules) than the Dodgers and will be sitting at home.

Oh, is that what he means? Thanks. J/K
I know the West was weak, but there HAS to be a best of the worst. Remember that Manny and Blake weren't there until August, so they're potentially better than their record indicates. I'm not saying they'll win the World Series, but I hope all the other play-off teams think they're weak and underestimate them.

clapping You called that one.I was at the clinching game. It was soo amazing, defintley the best sporting event I've ever been too.
GO PHILLIES!! w00t
yea really didnt believe the better team would fall apart twice and the under achievers would pull it together twice. Meh it was better when it was the Braves every year. What is baseball coming to when we cant count on the Braves and Yanks in the playoffs?

Phillies are better than the Mets, just face it.
On talent alone, it's pretty close(except for the Mets Bullpen, LOL) but the Phillies have so much more heart than the Mets and that is the reason why they are the better team. And the fact that we have players that actually step it up in September, and not fold under pressure(Wright, Beltran). Seriously, if you have a runner on 3rd for 5 straight innings, and only score once(on a bases loaded walk BTW) against a team that has nothing to play for, you don't deserve to be in the playoffs.
But you do deserve to be laughed at. π METS, LOL.
Take Wright out of that. Him and Johan tried to carry the team.
In the final month he hit .364 with a 1.066 OPS 8 HR's, 24 RBI's
In the final week alone he hit over .500.
All I know is CC is gonna get paid massive amounts of money. What he did in the last week was amazing. Sorry Johan, Webb, etc CC is the best.

Yeah Wright should be taken out of it, he had a very great year but Mets fans were complaining that he never got the big hit so I put him in there. And of course he had the huge strike out against the Cubs with the winning run on third, but that's just one at-bat.
