Adam stomps.

I don't see how anyone could pick Thor over Adam. Adam is stronger. He may not have quite as good of skills, but he is definatley going to catch Thor and it's going to hurt and take Thor down.

Adam takes this after a looooong fight and after being bruise up badly. Give them both all their powers, Thor would win.

I would have went with Batman matter manipulating Colossus and Wolverine but you excluded his exotic powers so Robin BFRs them by throwing them into the sun.
