I can see it doing very well, look at Halo, I wish them best of luck but some may say it is a let down. 😉

Gears Of War 2 will probably the second biggest hyped game on the 360.

The first one was amazing and I'm pretty sure it will sell a million copies in a week.

No...that's not what I was getting at...I wasn't really saying it would hold a pivotal role in Gears 2, just noticing and wondering why Gears had very Romanesque and Greek style buildings...I don't even remember exactly what I was getting at... 😖

i dont think it was overrated at all, it filled the slot til halo 3 arrived and it definately impressed me being my first 360 game 😎

I loved the game, don't get me wrong, but everyone thought it'd be the best thing since sliced bread. The combat and reloading was pretty revoloutionary, though.

I'm not sure if this is old news or what, if it is I wasn't aware. But I was watching TV today and a PS3 commercial came on, previewing what looked like GoW2, if it wasn't it definately looked like it, but the guy on the commercial wasn't marcus. He had a rag thing on his head like Marcus and he had the goggles like baird had on. In any case it looked awesome.

I imagine that's a commercial for Unreal Tournament 3. Both games are made by the same devs and use the same graphics engine.

It's been joked about in numerous reviews that the characters in UT3 look like "Gears of War extras/rejects".
