I heard about some Best Buys having deals on the card I got. No such luck here, but worth a try. Some are selling them for about $150, which is an incredible deal.

Speaking of computers, my Steam app decided to fail. Couldn't restart it so I decided to reinstall it. Thinking that I will just dl my games again. Well, during uninstall it ****ed up. I closed it down and realized that all my programs on the D drive went missing. Any installed program is gone.

Retarded. I'm know reinstalling Windows. (it needed to be done anyways)

Ah that sucks. I recently reformatted when my video card was screwing up because I thought that might help. Pain.

Yeah, it is nice to have a clean computer. And somehow, installling same old programs feels good on a recently formatted computer.

Know what you guys mean, nothing like running games on a newly formatted pc. I do rigorous work everyday to keep my pc like brand new haha.

Got me 2x 8800GT 512's everything is running very nice with 1680x1050, but I cant turn on AA, it will lagg like an old woman.

I have been considering buying me a new main card when I go to Italy later this year, then having one 8800gt running as physix card. Which card would you guys advise me to get?

The Radeon 4890 HD is good, that's the one I got and so far I've been very pleased.

I also hear the Geforce 275 is just as good. Similar card as the 4890. Same price and all that. Whichever one is cheapest is what you should go for.
