Captain America vs Gambit

Yeah, mine too. I posted under the Avengers Assemble thread when it first occurred and others had the same thing.

About Cap not being able to block and dodge on the same time, I believe that you might be wrong there. The shield is basically a living extension of him. He's used it for so long, that when he does something with it, it's basically a subscounsious action.

He won't be able to deflect at Gambit and dodge at the same time. If he sits still to deflect, he will be hit. Keep in mind the defense system will be attacking from all directions...not just shooting at his shield. He won't need to keep it up for long. He has more than enough stamina to win.

He has never sat still to reflect! People do move while blocking.

For Instance:

I can go for a run and dodge three bees and swat a fly at the same time.

gambit is more of an acrobat ca vould be the best fighter til thy ingdom come all G has to do is just touch dude once and its curtains

You all misunderstood me. I know Captain can block and dodge. I said he couldn't aim reflections at Gambit and still be able dodge Gambit's arsenal and the X-mansion like someone suggested.

Gambit is American too. lol Captain and Gambit should join up and fight terrorism.
