i read a review with the writers and Scott. it said that Scott met his demise. but because its x men anything could happen. i think with FF2 coming out the next x men may be a bit more adventurous, only because of the silver surfer. X men writers may feel the need to leave realism behind, i.e. bringing people back from the dead.

after watching the film i have come to the following conclusion that in the near future there will be another xmen film.
I dont know what characters will be in the film as: the following are either dead.. or have no mutant powers..
Callisto--Dead
Phsylocke--Dead
Jean Grey--Dead
Scott Summers--Dead
Mystique--powers removed
Rogue--powers removed
Magneto--powers removed
Prof X unconcious in another man's body
But we saw that Magneto has a tiny bit of power left in him.. So we know that he will be indeed back. and there are so many xmen that we havnet come across.. Jubilee..Gambit..Emma Frost..Rage
Also didnt you all see the centurian that they defeated.. I'm sure the next film will be roughly or entirely based on them. As in the cartoon they targeted Jubliee who was saved by the amazing Gambit.
Okay,I've been wondering how they'd bring back Phoenix and all that died.
Apparently I (and many more) missed something.A friend of mine said that when the movie is over,after the credits,there is a scene where Storm walks into a hospital room,looks at a someone in the bed and says "Charles" then it ends. I haven't bought the movie yet unfortunatly,so I can't see for myself yet.Have any of you guys checked? Maybe it's a rumor or a joke,I was just wondering though.
I've been thinking they'd do that though,I remember at the beginning of the film,Professor Xavier shows the class a video of that doctor talking,with the guy in the hospital bed behind her,Professor Xavier said something about transfering a person's thoughts into another's body,maybe that's how they'll pull it off,I'm not sure.
Any ideas?

No, they said they intended to killed Cyclops, but is not necessarily what happened. If the studio really wanted the character dead, they would not have as the solo evidence of it the word of a mad woman who wasn't completely sure of it and was found unconscious with no plausible explanation other than she was taken down by Cyclops himself or someone interested in saving him (Sinister, anyone?).

But on first thought I always thought that Tyra Banks has the right look for Storm, but I think Halle actually or could pull off a good Storm if the character was written better
