and this picture does not show that wolverine lifted it very high at all and we cant even see his other arm to tell whether he used it or not, this would not stand in court its INCONCLUSIVE

Before anything on Marvel gets put on the bio it has to be evaluated by people at marvel, go there now and make a change, submit it you aren't going to see it until its approved.

Regardless if a fan writes it or not it gets marvel's approval to be posted after they review it.
