Strength: Even; I doubt Cap's a level 5, as he's never been shown to be able to lift that kind of weight. I think that would be more like Ult. Cap
Stamina: Cap
Speed: Even, maybe Wolverine slightly
Intelligence: Cap, slightly

So imo, it's pretty even.

Nope I read the rules and its fine. Marvel reviews the things submited by fans and doesn't let everything go in. So let me finish by saying MARVEL ALLOWS fans to update the characters after MARVEL has reviewed the information to make sure its valid.
