Its all over place on Google that other people think it was rigged also, I am not the only one.

Also unanimous decision means that Machida still didnt lose any rounds, someone is protecting his record even though what we saw is the truth that he lost.

He won every round. Complete bullshit.

I think a rematch wont benefit Rua now. Machida already seen his strategy and will no doubt plan for it. It will be more difficult for Rua to beat him now. Nevertheless, Ill be rooting for Rua this time around.

That's not what unanimous decision means. It was 48-47 right? So Shogun won at least 2 rounds.

From what I hear, the judges gave Shogun rounds 4 and 5. The first 3 rounds were awarded to Machida.

It happens. People paid good money to watch the fights. This shouldn't happen.

Anyone else hate that mentality that you have to either finish the champ or completely dominate to beat the champ? Many of the people online that support the decision even say shogun fought better just not enough to become the champ I think thats bull.

Velaquez is a beast who would u guys like to see him face next I wouldn't mind seeing him face Jr dos Santos, him vs Noguaria would be a good fight I think

I was surprise how he was able to takedown Big Roth with ease. I would put him in with Dos Santos and then with Nogueira. If he beats them both, give him Lesnar.

That mentality comes from the old school boxing days when you had to almost murder the champ on his feet to take his title. If it was close in any way the champ got the benefit of the doubt. That ended around the early 80s though and it seems to be thrown around now whenever theres corruption because its easily acceptable by people.

"Lyoto won all 5 rounds"- Anderson Silva
http://tatame.com.br/2009/10/26/Anderson--Lyoto-ganhou-todos-os-rounds

Funny. I dont' blame him though, it's just he doesn't have to say all 5 rounds. He sounds stupid.

More ingorant BS from Silva.

Rampage’ Backs ‘Shogun,’ Blames UFC

"I was watching the fight this weekend with the director of the A Team movie, the movie crew & a couple of actors & I never been ashamed to be a part of MMA till now,"

Oh crap....we prob wont see Rampage in the UFC for a loooooong time now.

I have lost all respect for Machida....

http://www.sherdog.com/news/articles/machida-i-was-superior-20576

"but I put him in danger three or four times" when did Machida ever put Rua in danger?

I stopped reading after Machida said "I had 3 or 4 chances of finishing the fight"

He had 0 chances, and when he did engage, Shogun countered decently.

😄

Hah!^
