Cain isn't a better wrestler than Brock. He was able to get up after being taken down because Brock f*cked up his transition as he was trying to pass his guard. The reason Cain was able to take Brock down is because he timed his shot when Brock was throwing punches. Like Nuul said, wrestling wasn't the deciding factor. Cain won because Brock is terrified of being hit.
And with that being said, JDS isn't Cain Velasquez. Cain was ranked 4th in the country in 2006 when he wrestled for Arizona State. Dos Santos doesn't come from a wrestling pedigree.
I'm not saying I think Brock is going to win the fight. Imo, Brock's inability to take a punch is going to be more of a detriment than Dos Santos' lack of wrestling. But make no mistake, JDS better work on his takedown defense if he wants to win.
