I think the whole idea to "stupify" the republican party with phrases like Dubya is a political move by them (the Republican party) to reach out and identify with their main.....idio....err...moro... err.. imbeci.... err... hmm...constituents. well, when asked why people support 'dubya' a common response used to be "well...he just seems like a regular guy, so i trust him" (paraphrased of coarse, as i removed the "duuuuuuh"😉. so really it was quite an ingenius move, and probably the reason that the great american regime selected such a simpleton to be their spokesman.
