I personally believe he can cut him but a case can be made for either side. For instance Warhawke (went through the same process as Luke Cage but with greater results) was impervious to Wolverine's attacks and even shrugged off the Iron Fist a few times! His durability was all over the place though, Maverick penetrated his hide with Bullets after all. Since Luke is invulnerable but rather very durable I tend to think that Wolverine could cut him.

mortal herc was cl50 -- wolvie's fought and bested much stronger. he is also a great wrestler and skilled fighter, but can a skilled wrestler beat a skilled martial artist? seriously, i don't know. herc's disadvantage here is he is mortal. his durability suffered greatly while mortal. a few well placed shots from the claws would have herc in a lot of trouble. and recall -- these are wins out of 10!

By the very definition a wrestler is a "martial artist" and yes wrestlers destry striker types all the time. Its been shown time and again when the big hitters tire of Wolverine they give him the long throw or tax him so much he cannot do much..........................I realize the hype about Wolverine but don't bye it all, its a fire sale.
About Zero chance Wolverine is on Hercules level in wrestling.
