Yeah Ra's had alot of help, but since this is Batman with prep he could easily gather a team to help too.
Batman could win this more then not with prep.
This isn't going to be Batman running out there with his utility belt and thin suit.
Batman has tons of alien and new god tech at his disposal.
Batman invented made huge megazord looking robot to have the ablilitys of the JLA.
Two of the most powerful heros there Supes and Flash have villians without powers who pose the most threat to them.
Batman could definitely win.

I would disagree...
I think Batman gets a little overrated when given prep time. Considering that everybody on that list (save GA) could kill Bats before he realizes the fight has started in a variety of ways.

Batman has prep-time and that means he knows the fights on before anyone. So they couldn't hit him before he knew he was in a fight. So long as no one knows what he's up to, and by the thread that's what I believe is the deal, Bats has a chance. Of course, there's a great chance that Bats just gets his head knocked off by anyone.
There's also something inherrently wrong with Batman vs Superman. Who ever has the righteousness on their side between these two wins. If Superman knows that Batman just killed a few members of the team, I don't care what kind of Kryptonite Bats has, he's going down. When Supes is under stress or very mad the effect of the Kryptonite is not as great..........
