If that's true, it doesn't matter, because Superman would never let him hurt any of his friends, and that includes teammates, or relatives. Batman goes down hard. Superman would just deal with him the way he'd deal with any common criminal. The Joker has threatened Supes with hurting Lois..........

Yes, but that's misleading. We're not talking from a comic standpoint here. In the comics, it'd be pointless to have them go at it if Supes was going to win. Superman beating up a guy with no special powers is nothing to get excited over, but having Bats take down Supes is news. Also, the Superman that Bats takes down is just one that has no idea what he's doing, and can't use his resourcefullness or his care for others as a motivator. Superman with a purpose will be much more difficult for Bats, especially if he resorts to terrorism. Also, it's been Bats who was doing us all a favor by stopping Superman in these cases, and not vice versa. If Bats truely did go off the deep end, and started trying to hurt people, Superman would simply no allow this to happen, and there is nothing Bats could do about it. I don't care what Bats has instore for Supes, if he doesn't have karma on his side, he loses period.

Again, k-ring or no, Superman works through it and saves the day.

Batman has detailed files on how to beat every one of the JLA members. Ra's Al Guhl got a hold of Batman's files on the JLA in "JLA: Tower of Babel" and he took down the entire line-up. Batman can do that as well.

With Prep, he could take them on. One by one, he could do it.
