Not exactly where I wanted him to go but it is a good start. Keyshawn can be his mentor, teach him how to better himself and help him get off line on press coverage. While Jarrett is getting all of this help, Calvin will be getting none. His best friend will be Mike Williams, the same person he will be competing with for the 2nd receiver spot. Good shit Panthers, now all they have to do is get rid of Delhomme and they are all set.

Calvin will not be competing with Williams for the #2 spot. Furrey was a beast for them last year and Williams will likely be battling to see time in 4 WR sets at best.

I think Carolina is great for Jarrett. Hes got someone to teach him for a year and then he has a true stud #1 WR to line up next to. Smith is the perfect kind of WR that you need to balance a guy like Jarrett.

You don't know what Mike Williams has been doing in the off season. All he needs to do is get back in football shape. I wish I could find some of his old USC highlights so people can see there is still hope with this guy. There is no wonder the Titans are trying to get him. His speed isn't bad, his 40 was but his game speed isn't.

This is the only highlight I could find but what I'm trying to show you is, when he was healthy he was a stud and can still be. He will be competing with CJ for the #2 spot.

he has 0% chance to compete for the #2 spot with CJ because he isnt on the team anymore. He was traded to the Raiders. Maybe he will be productive there but he was done in Det. Hopefully for his sake he goes to Oak with a new attitude.

But man Det gave up Mcown and a former top 10 pick for a 4th rounder. Good for both teams, cheap for Oak and det got some value out of 2 guys who had no spot on the team anymore.

Where did you hear he was traded to Oakland.

EDIT**

Damn I just seen it, good move for the Raiders. They could potentially have the best WR core in the NFL. It depends on how Jamarcus turns out.

Damn. The Browns actually did a great job, getting both Brady and the best guy to protect him (and block for whats-his-nuts from the Ravens)

😬

So what is this, a man crush?

Calm down.

Yes it is a man crush. 😕

No they have no shot at having the best WR core.

Harrison & Wayne have that honor locked up, Gonzales only has to be average to keep them well at the top. Plus if you wanna count the QB Manning?

also Chad Johnson, TJ Houshmandzadeh, Chris Henry & Palmer.

I think Fitzgerald, Boldin, and Johnson are even better than Oak's core right now.

Detroit needs to go after Michael Bush early tomorrow I think.

Bengals got Leon Hall~ =) I'm happy as hell with that.
Kinda sucks the Jets screwed us outta a LB in the 2nd round, but the more I think about it, Kenny Irons could be a smart choice. Considering our 3rd rounder was basically Ahmad Brooks. Guess we will see.

Yeah,

hmmm who would I rather have?

Harrison and Wayne, or Mike Williams, Randy Moss and Joey Porter ...tough one.

Dallas has been trading all ****ing days, its nuts. I really like the Spencer pick because he is suppose to be an beast when it comes to attacking the football and the QB and having him and Ware blitzing the QB will cause havoc and also help to protect the secondary. I'm not too happy that FS hasnt been addressed, or that Dallas didnt try to get Houston or something...but I'm happy.

Man, getting two first round picks next year and one of the teams is the Cleveland Browns is awesome. Worst case scenerio is that Dallas lands in the twenties and the Browns land in the tweens. Trade both those picks plus an 3rd and you have a really good shot at getting an superstar in the making next year. Maybe, an QB if Romo doesnt pan out, or I heared maybe McFadden, or an up in coming WR. All that potential for and 3rd round pick, and an fifth. That's awesome.

Best case scenerio. Quinn, Winslow, Edwards or Thomas, one of those goes down from injuries (it happens every year), and we get and 20something pick and top 10, or even 5 pick......that would be totally awesome.

I'm happy.

Troy Smith is still undrafted 😆 💃 although I am not suprised. Everybody who I talked to in my hometown were saying that he would be in the first or early second. Well here we are 3rd round and no sign of him getting picked.

Yeah, awhile back, me and Forum pretty much summed up what Smith is going to do. I betch mid 4th, if not, fifth.

One team I didnt really understand is the Titans. Out of all the positions to get, they draft Micheal Griffen, a safety, when they could of gone for some CB's.

Man, they're not doing so well in terms of the offseason.

Maybe they'll get somebody later before the season starts. If not, VY is going to have to really step it up. Like when he was on Texas 😂

They passed up on Jarrett multiple times.

And Jarrett goes to the Panthers??? WTF

No offense to your friends but if they expected him to go 1st or early second they dont know much about the draft.
