The man loves his strip clubs, he can go wherever he wants whenever he wants. It isn't his fault that his friend decides to bring a gun, start altercations and shoot at people. I somehow see people not understanding this.

it is his fault he still chooses to hang out with these people. Beyond just being around bad people in general he knows it will hurt his career showing clearly the NFL and the Titans are not at the top of his priority list. It also shows a total lack of values or morality continually surrounding himself with violent losers and putting himself in a situation where he will get in trouble.

If you think he doesnt know his entourage is packing heat your crazy, he knows and he makes that choice to be around them anyway. There are guys who go through this kind of stuff and decide to clean up their act and get their life together so they can save their career and not die before they are 30. Then there are guys like Pacman and Clarrett who choose not to change and ruin their lives.

Pacman has proven that the only way he's going to stay out of trouble is if he himself is capped. At the rate he's going, that day could be soon.

Exactly.

If he really cares that much about football, then find new friends that dont shoot weapons at people.

One day, he will get shot.

Exactly, if he isn't careful he will die after being gunned down.

no one said he committed a crime. I said he was wanted for questioning. No he wasnt in the car that the shots came from. But he was with those guys that night at that club prior to the shooting where there was an altercation inside the club. It doesnt matter that he wasnt involved in the shooting. What matters is hes already in trouble and now hes out at a stripclub hanging out with people who are starting trouble and carrying guns. It just isnt smart.

Totally true.

It is toally his fault. He said he was going to stay out of trouble. He was going everything to get back into Roger Goodall's good graces, so he could return by the tenth game. THat will not happen now. Even though he wasn't involved, that still puts a bad taste in Jones mouth because he should distanced himself or totally gotten rid of all his friends? How many times do athletes like Pacman Jones and Stephen Jackson have to go a strip club and then shoot the place up. I've been to strip clubs, all you do go inside have a good time and return the next time and continue to have a good time. What athletes like Jones and Jackson wanna do is just dumb and ignorant. Pacman Jones may never play another down in the NFL. That is very sad because when he was playing on the field, he was a rising star and now that seems to be over before it ever started.

The police just wants him for questioning, seriously get the **** off the mans back. This didn't even need to be talked about. Say I was famous, if one of my friends opened fire at someone, why should I be blamed? Did I know this person was going to start shooting at people? Talk about over blown, this possibly goes beyond that. Not distancing yourself from friends does not constitute a suspension or lengthening of one. You guys are acting like the media, so damn disgusting.

Unfurtanely Jones knows the people who keep firing at innocent bystanders. The only way for him to save face and get back into the NFL(probably not as a titan, I will explain) is to totally distance himself from these bad seeds and start talking and cooperating with the cops. Now, if he returns back to NFL, He may not be a Titan because Jeff Fisher and mangement are sick to death about talking about some ignorant idiotic athlete who thinks tearing out strip clubs is a good thing to do.

The guy's had a hard life too...

You seriously think he didnt know that his entourage had a gun?

He's a ****ing moron. If he wants to get back into the NFL, then maybe, he should stop hanging around friends who shoot at people.

You make it out that he just met this guys during that night and didnt know that they had a gun.

They were part of his entourage and if that was me, I would ****ing tell them to not bring guns. Simple as that.

If they disagreed, then **** them, dont hang out with them.

Would this be any different if we subsitute herion for guns?

We tell drug addicts to stop hanging friends who promote drugs, why cant we tell gangster wannabes to stop hanging around other gangster wannabe's.

He didnt get suspended because he was directly invovled in a gun shooting (if that was true, he be in jail for 10 years), he got suspended for countless times questioned by the police for gun violence at clubs. He aint from the streets no more. He is in the NFL (or was), and he has to obey certain rules of being there. Being in countless investigations about shootings broke that.

What does that mean? That acting out Menace II Society:The Musical is justified when the hen laid the golden freakin' egg right in his lap?

So, according to TSN, Jones is wanted on felony charges for the shooting for the Feb triple shooting.

I dont think you understand the situation. From your comments it sounds like you think Pacmans friends were out and got in trouble and now they wanan talk to pacman about it. What you are missing is pacman was there at the club with them. The only part pacman was not a direct part of was he was not in their car when they shot their guns.

On a good note Mike and Mike will be doing a MNF game this year (the first week is a double header they get the second game) So at least 1 game wont suck from a commentator perspective.

If he wasn't next to them rooting them on while they were shooting, then no big deal. If he didn't have a gun in his hand himself shotting, then no big deal. If he didn't order them to start shooting at them, then no big deal.

So Pacman was their at the club with them, so what? Did he have anything to do with the shooting? NO, it doesn't matter if he was there, I hear he was also in new York when 9/11 happened, lets blame him for that.

Adam Jones's days are numbered. His only hope is to start talking and saying who is all responsible. That being said also his NFL career is clearly over. I guess in prison he will try to pick off some dried toast or eggs and run as fast as he can.

you just dont get it. No one is blaming him for his friends shooting. We are blaming him for still choosing to be around these people and put himself in situations that put his career and himself in danger. He was with them inside the club where the initial altercation took place by the way. And if he was friends with the terrorist and was hanging out with them starting shit in a club minutes before they went and hijacked planes.. then yes I would still feel the same way. You act like he was at the club alone and didnt know these guys and then they fired shots and now we are saying hes responsible for the shooting.

I agree.

The last two sentences are exactly what I am talking about. It doesn't matter if he knew these people are not, he is not directly or indirectly responsible. He obviously didn't know they were going to start shooting at people when he went with them to the club. So he was in the club? Did it say he was involved in the altercation? Who cares?

Blame him for the friends he chooses, but don't try and say shit like "he was in the club when it happened". That's bullshit and it is exactly what I have a problem with.

But these are probably the same friends he grew up with, it's hard just to stop hanging out with them, if you had friends you would know this. Plus he grew up without a father, that played a huge part in how he grew up and what he is now.
