Also I just love how Tom Brady's non injured ankle is making all this news. With the superbowl just six days away, do people really actually think that Brady is all this hurt?

Who knows, though I remember hearing on ESPN news today that if the superbowl was the week after the AFC championship game there was a high chance that he might not have played.

This year is the worst in a while for QB prospects, seeing as how Matt Ryan is the top prospect and he really isn't that good. But because he's 6'5 and semi mobile, that'll put him over the other two 6'3 semi mobile QB's.

There is only 3 "can't miss" players in this years draft, McFadden, Ellis and Dorsey.

I'm hearing rumors that Dallas might trade up to get McFadden. Anybody else hear about this?

i heard about the dallas rumor and what I heard said that barber would have to be involve in any trade that was to get mcfadden.

I havnt heared of this either.

They shouldnt do it though. It would of been great to get McFadden if the Browns were the typical Browns but they definitly dont need McFadden. If they do get him, well, cool but I rather have them get some WR depth because Glenn and TO are getting up there in age.

Also, maybe some help in the secondary for the FS position (if they dont resign Hamlin and if hopefully get a top prospect for CB position because Reeves isnt cutting it as a second CB when Henry goes down)

They should get rid of Williams because the dude just flat out sucks in coverage, and that was Dallas' main problem on defense. They couldn't cover anybody. Package him and/or Barber and a pick or just both of your first round picks and you might be able to get McFadden. I think Jerry Jones REALLY wants get McFadden. It's why he made the deal with Cleveland in the first place, he thought he would have been in position to nab him in this years draft.

Julius Jones is an unrestricted free agent. He can go wherever he wants. He probably wont be a Cowboy next year because he wants to start, and Dallas doesnt want to pay alot for him because he wont be a starter. I dont know what happened to him though. He was an up and coming RB, but I guess he regressed or didnt improve.

Dallas wont get rid of Roy Williams. He's has too much money in his contract and there isnt alot of great SS in the NFC to replace him with. The guy was really good up till this year but something was wrong, or he just lost confidence, or something. They wont get rid of him because they think he will come back to his usual self.

Lord Evo, once again, you totally exgerrate about thier coverage. They were pretty good this year. Pass Defense wasnt awful. It was average, but its far away from "couldnt cover anyone".

So to get McFadden, which will cost the team a fortune and could be a bust, you give away your starting SS, which you have nobody to replace him with, a Pro Bowler with 29 TD's in three years, plus 2 picks that could easily help out with WR depth, and get an instant upgrade in your CB position for McFadden. Doesnt sound very good.

Your totally wrong about Jones really wanting McFadden. He didnt trade away that draft pick last year to get McFadden because in the end, its a stupid move. McFadden could of been crap, been injured and stayed in college for the last year.

He made that trade last year because they had Anthony Spencer as thier pick but easily of gotten him later in the first round and the Browns really wanted Quinn. It was just matter of luck that they traded that pick away. They thought they would of gotten a top 10 pick next year and it wasnt because they wanted McFadden.

NO, their coverage was pretty bad. I think them having a good pass rush bailed them out for most of the season, but they were exposed in some games. Williams is awful in coverage, I'm sure a second rounder could come in and do better than him in coverage. At times he looked completely lost out there. He is what teams look at when their looking to get a big play and they usually come out on top. Don't get it twisted, he is your weak link in your secondary, if your looking to get better, then start there.

And I think you read my proposal wrong. I said Williams and/or Barber and one of your first round picks, or just the two first round picks while keeping both players.

Jerry Jones wants McFadden, reported by Chris Mortensen.

I think he should make the move.

Of course he wants McFadden, everybody does. But I would be surprised if he tries to go get him.

Its a bad move. Barber is a good RB. Why do you need to get McFadden when they need other things.

It wasnt the run game that let them down. Why try to replace it.

And I said before, they're not going to trade Williams, or Barber. It would be stupid to do so.

Mine is the Green Bay Packers. Hopefully next year they can make it all the way to the superbowel.

lol... Super-Bowel.

Two days until the game. I'm looking for a good game. I'm taking the Patriots plus the points. After the game I'll look forward to the combines.

I think you mean the Giants plus the points or the Patriots minus the points.

NOPE. Not one bit. I may be wrong, but I think the Patriots are going to blow them out, thus I'm taking the Patriots plus the points.

Regardless of who wins, I doubt it will be a blow-out either way. Neither team is a pushover. It'll be a good, close, edge-of-your-seat game.

Anyway, San Diego gets to travel halfway across the globe to London. haermm 😐 haermm

So do they lose a home game or do the Saints lose a home game?

then you want the patriots minus the points. The Patriots arnt getting any points the Giants are. You cant take the favorite and take the points the underdog is getting

Why not. I did exactly that when I betted a few friends of mine. I took the Patriots and the points.

*sigh*

Now this is my type of football game even if the giants are losing so far.

Yes. The Pats are so going to win this with a blowout 🙄
