(unless of course you had it set to record) I guess I was hoping that on say Monday I could just go pull up any game I wanted.

To my knowledge, it's not an on-demand service. But then again, I don't have a DVR, so there may be something I don't know.

But to address your other point, they re-show only the DirecTV games for the week (no Sunday or Monday night games). So on any given week, that's like 12-14 games. Let's just go with 14 for this example.

For 48 hours straight they show 2 games at a time on 2 channels. Each re-air is 1/2 hour, so that's (48 hours) *(2 per hour) *(2 channels) = 192 total re-broadcasts for the week. That means that each game will be shown about 14 times over the course of 2 days.

(Disclaimer: Forgive me if my math is wrong, but it's early)

Ah ok I get the point.

Basically the same thing as what the NFL network does during the week.

Wow, the Dolphins are really giving it to the Pats. One more half to go, so I assuming the Pats will win it, but clearly the Pats are not as good as a whole team. (Yes I know they lost Brady, but you never see the same play twice for TD's happening against the Pats)

Man, the exact 3 plays, 3 TD's.

Man, that is awesome.
Somebody on the Pats side, didn't do their homework.

Sean Payton with his dumb ass play calling once again ruins the game for the Saints, who should be 3-0 right now.

Yea nothing to do with the missed FG, or Bush not being able to pick up the first down on his 2nd and short carry or Bush fumbling which gave Denver a TD. Lets not blame it all on coach here...

damn Miami kicked the shit outta NE.

If by Miami you mean Ronnie Brown hell yea he did. I like the decision to let him play QB. Just do it full time and run the option with him and Williams.

The defense played really well also. And Pennington was solid.

The Dolphins should have tried to run up the score as much as possible like the Patriots did to teams last year. Belichick is considering using SpyGate again. 😆

Vikings won. w00t Ferotte was a million times better than T-Jack. Eagles defense took a sh*t on the Steelers but hopefully Westbrook is alright.

Ah I was expecting this post. You never let me down with your devils advocate role. First of all, Reggie Bush basically carried that offense today. Really should have had 4 TD's, if it weren't for Payton giving Thomas carries around the goal line, when it was Bush that got them down the field. As for theit second to last possession, Bush picked up 7 yards on first and 2 yards on second, I have never heard of someone being criticized for not picking up a first down on second down, get the hell out here with that. You're absolutely right, it had nothing to do with that. If you seen the first two games, you would know the Saints have a hard time picking up a first in short 3rd and 1 and 4th and 1 situations. They have ALL been carries by Thomas. I have no idea why this guyt is even getting playing time.

This sequence goes back to Sean payton's play calling. They would have gotten a TD earlier in the game, when they were on the 1 yard line, if he had put Bush in on at least one of those plays. Instead he runs it 4 straight times, 3 with Thomas. This team has to have the worst short yardage blocking line in the league. Deuce is just standing there on the sideline, along with Bush, and he doesn't put either of them in on either of those plays. That is the play calling.

If that isn't an indication, then here is another one. Last week against the Redskins, it's 3rd and 1, and he runs the same play he did in this game on 3rd and 1, and it was the exact same result, Thomas getting stuffed. I don't know why he believes Thomas is a short yardage back, but he isn't, he's garbage.

So with all that in mind, Payton STILL goes to Thomas on 3rd and 1 with the game on the line. It makes no ****ing sense. At least use Bush as a decoy, at least run Deuce if you are going up the middle, Bush can get a single yard with his speed alone, looking at the replay, he would have actually gotten the first down on that play, instead it was another failure by Payton.

I mean the whole stadium knew they were running it. Whenever Thomas is in the game, it's a run, especially if Bush is not on the field. If a fan knows this, of course the Broncos are going to know it. Predictable, ridiculous play calling, with questionable substitutions.

Grammatica messed up too. I really liked how they used Bush today, he lit the Broncos up with 151 yards and 2 TD's, but if Payton doesn't get conservative, for the second straight week, the Saints are looking at a 3-0 record and first place in the NFC South.

It's not just me though, their forum is a mess. Everyone calling for Payton's head. That is because they know how ridiculously predictable he gets in crunch time.

what a great day today was. Great games

Yet, he is the main reason the Saints are anything right now, and one of the highest scoring teams out there.

Dallas keeps rolling. Roma to Austin

Bills 3-0 also

Cincy and St. Louis are in serious trouble

All I can say is, at least there are 3 things I can smile about when I think about the Steelers' strategy of employing turnstiles as offensive lineman and giving them no scheme whatsoever:
1) Pats blown out at home by 1-win team from last year
2) Cleveland 0-3
3) Cincy 0-3

I feel better. Not much, but a little bit.

Granted Cincy played well yesterday.

I dont think they're as bad as people think they are.
Same with Cleveland.

But St Louis, Detroit and KC are seriously shitty.

Cleveland has the toughest schedule in the league easily. It's not even fair.

All 3 defenses are atrotious, but I think KC has the worst offense. I was watching them yesterday and almost gagged when Gonzalez was running wide-open across the middle and Thigpen's pass hit him in the ankles. Meanwhile, LJ is taking a nap on the bench because they're down by so much. To be on your 3rd string QB in week 3 is tough. Maybe they can bring Steve DeBerg out of retirement, or even worse, Dante Culpepper?

They are.

Thats why I wondered why people chose the Packers over the Cowboys when the Packers played Detroit, and the Vikings.
