Good deal. Superfan rocks. What'd you do, just call up on a whim and say you were thinking about leaving? Or did they call you and try to get you to upgrade to HBO and you threw that in?

Yes, it was. Great game with a nail-biting ending. It will be an intense game if these two meet in the playoffs.
Unfortunately McNabb sucked at the end. I am sorry but he needs to get over himself. I know he doesn't want to be known as the stereotypical "black qb" by running the ball a lot and that is all fine and good. Hes got a great arm and is a great passer. However I think he hurts himself and his team at times by almost refusing to run. On that last drive on the 2nd and 12 play he could have easily ran for a first down and been able to get out of bounds (or at least got 8-10 yards and got out) instead he makes a low percentage throw and puts his team in 3rd and long. He absolutely needed to run there move the chains and stop the clock. (even if the pass was completed the guy wasn't getting out of bounds) Then on the 3rd down play he takes a sack? Come on throw that ball away you were way out of the pocket it was an easy throw away and once again could have stopped the clock.

Well first I just called and bitched about having to pay another fee to watch a game in HD when I already pay for HD equipment, HD monthly access, and sunday ticket. The woman didnt give a shit. She refused to let me talk to anyone else and said just pay for it there was no other option. So then I went to the direct tv website and sent an e-mail explaining the situation and that if I couldnt watch the 1 game I want in HD it didnt make sense to keep the ticket at all and I might need to cancel.
They e-mailed me back within a day and gave me a special phone and pin # to call into with no hold time. That lady gave me superfan for free. Still had to work it a bit with her but it was pretty easy at that point. I made sure to express how rude i was treated before and I couldnt of been any nicer to the second lady. I would feel bad except its a ****in huge scam to charge people $100 to get the games in HD when they already pay for all that shit.

I agree with this. McNabb is a great QB but sometimes I think he's so insistent on being a passing QB that he doesn't do what comes natural. He had a perfect opportunity to run the ball for either a first down or at least within 2 yards of it, but he didn't. If I'm not mistaken, even the announcers said if that was the McNabb of years ago, he would have ran it.
I'm not too upset about McNabb not running the ball, but he needs to know when to do it and when not too. The younger McNabb would have ran for the first down long before the play got to that point. He would look at option 1, option 2, and if none of them are open he would take off. I would rather have McNabb wait until the last possible second to take off and that's what it seems like he's doing, except he didn't take off this time.
Plus he will stay healthier. I'm sure if it was a playoff game, or superbowl he would have ran. I'm not saying this game wasn't important or anything, but there is still the whole season left.

It is a ****ing scam.
I'm lucky that I just pay for the Super Sports pack. ( carries all the sports for the time you have) I dont get every game in HD, but I do atleast get most. But I only pay an extra 30 bucks for that.
wow.... This is espn's explanation of Hasselbeck's point projection this week.
"Really, there would be no reason to expect the talent of Seattle to rise to the level of this projection ... save for the fact that the Rams appear to be so incredibly bad at stopping the pass that even a ragtag squad of nobodies and retreads, such as the one the Seahawks will field, could accomplish in Week 3 what they might never repeat again."

They have it in 30-minute increments. The games usually last 23-25 minutes. The Broncos/Chargers game lasted 29 minutes the other day. This is the first year they have it in HD. Oh, and another thing: They only show it on Monday & Tuesday.

That is an over statement to say that his season is over. Frerotte is starting this week. That doesnt mean hes starting in week 15 hell it could be booty, back to tarvarius or even Daunte by then. If Frerotte sucks it up he wont stick with him.

Yea but do you have to set up your dvr ahead of time to record specific games? Because it seems like they just reshow them all and if you dont catch it when they reshow it then you cant see it. (unless of course you had it set to record) I guess I was hoping that on say Monday I could just go pull up any game I wanted.

Maybe they were thinking of the Bengals? lol....I might have to bring out the paper bag this season....
Funny thing is that the defense has played well for the most part, not great but alot better than usual, and the offense has sucked. This is what happens when your WR's won't come to training camp.
