There was a stat box on one website that Ifrequently visit showed the last 16 games Favre and Rosenfels/Jackson played and compared them both.
They both had very similar stats. I'm not saying they are better than Favre, I just don't think he will make that much of a difference. I have a feeling his age will catch up to him.

Michael Vick tortures and kills dogs over a long period of time. He serves 19 months in prison.
Plaxico Burress shoots himself in the leg. He serves 24 months in prison.

To be fair though, I think the victims family in the Stallworth case chose money over a longer sentence for Stallworth. I could be wrong though.
And I could be wrong again, but wasn't Vick only sentenced for gambling and betting on the fights, not actually killing the dogs?
With Stallworth the family has no say in it, I suppose they can push for harder punishment in the media and what not, and they did seem to take money over worrying about that. Now I will say Stallworth handled himself well in the case, he never tried to run and took responsibility for everything right away. Apparently it was also a somewhat week case as it was believed the guy stepped out right in front of him, and even a 100% sober person paying complete attn may have still hit him in the situation. Still if you are going to convict someone of a DUI manslaughter 30 days is a joke regardless of circumstances.
This was Vick's plea (from CNN)
"Vick pleaded guilty to one count of "conspiracy to travel in interstate commerce in aid of unlawful activities and to sponsor a dog in an animal fighting venture" in a plea agreement filed in U.S. District Court in Richmond."
