how about those bengals.
I give the Bengals all the credit in the world for taking advantage of multiple opportunities.
As far as Rey Muguguguluigi, I don't think Ward even knew he and Rivers were on the field yesterday. Except when Rey was carted off, perhaps.
On a different note, what's up with the Pacific Northwest and uniforms? The Seahawks must have hired Oregon's fashion coordinator to fill in.
Those were ****ing ugly. Those Seahawks jerseys have to be worst in the league. Has to be. Ahhh, disgusting.
So are the Colts really good? Or are the Cardinals awful?
Interesting question because the Colts barely beat the Jags, Cardinals destroyed them and then Colts destroyed the Cardinals.....strange.

Jags had quite a lot of bad luck in that Arizona game, it could have been a lot closer. And yea no clue where they pulled those uniforms out of. I would still take them over the Jets throwback NY Titans jerseys though.
Despite the strong resemblance to Boy Band stage garb, I'll take the Seahawks jerseys over teams besides the Dolphins and Cowboys wearing white at home.
And don't tell me it's because of the heat, because 117 out of 119 FBS college teams wear their dark jerseys at home (LSU and GT the exceptions, though LSU did bust out the darkies at home earlier this year). And don't tell me Sundays are hotter than Saturdays, either.
A friend of mine had a really good theory....Marketing. Teams want to sell more jerseys. They already sell the dark one, so why not show off the white one. And Miami always wears the white ones, so they wore the darkies at home this year. NFL jerseys sell exponentially better than college jerseys, so college teams have little motivation and therefore stick to school pride (colors).
Interesting theory, and I'd buy into it since so many decisions in this world are made because of money.

Oh yea I had an e-mail by halftime for a seahawks fan club thing about ordering the new jersey! It is all money.

Ahh I see. I never watched the game.
Another interesting question? Whose a better QB, Manning or Brees?
I would say Manning. But I'm bias usually but the past two games have been disgusting (in a good way) for Manning.
Originally posted by SmasandianI said it once and I'll say it again: If Drew Brees was 6 foot 3, he'd be the greatest quarterback ever, statistically. Bold statement? Perhaps, but it is how I feel; and it pains me, too, because Dan Marino is my man.

As for your question, I don't know, depends on what you want, I guess. I got to see how Brees does in the playoffs with the Saints before I can make an educated choice, however. They're both great.

Wow this play calling for Dallas is stupid. Oh yea I would also like to submit those Eagles throw backs as worse than Seattle's neon green attack.
It's not totally bad.
They do well at the start of the drives but they cannot call plays to do it also.
I assume your talking about the the last field goal where they were on the 1 yard line with 3 downs left. The play to Williams wasn't that bad of a call. He's tall, has good hands and the CB was short. He had the ball but couldn't catch the ball. It was a tough catch so I'm not blaming anyway. (Its funny thing they said about how TO would of made that catch, considering he has horrible hands, I dont think he would)
The ball jump ball to Bennet though? ****ing brutal. As soon as I saw that he was motioning to the side, I knew it was going to be that pass.
Atleast they kept with the run. They started drifting into passing plays but once Jones knocked off that 30 yard sweep without any problem, the Cowboys knew they could run. Wicked run game they had tonight.

I dont know, I just get the sense sometimes they are trying too hard to be "unpredictable" and go away from what is working just in the name of creativity. A little of that is good but I think they go overboard with it at times.
They do.
They at least continued to run in the end of third and fourth quarter. I do admit that some of the plays Garrett makes are excellent (last weeks QB draw Romo TD), his play calling needs work.
