No Bush or Thomas vs Steelers.

That's crazy.

I hope he signs with the Jets. But I hear he has to clear waivers, and there is no chance that happens. What terrible team is going to pick him up?

Actually, it would quite interesting if the Bengals got him. Owens + Ochocinco + Moss. They are not to low on the waiver order.

The Vikings are idiots.

Trade for Moss to appease Favre, who was on thin ice to becoming effective.

And then waive him. What do you expect to get from Moss?

boy they sure are, they get him and then they waive him.how stupid can you get.I me come on they should have known he needs to get more familiar with the playbook to be a major factor like he was in his years with the patriots. 🙄

I think Peyton is gonna torture them. 31-14, Colts.
Damn, I was close.

Yay Vikings... Allthough to be fair, Moss was ripping on the coaching staff pretty hard. I think it was that, more than anything, that got him waived by the Vikings. I mean sure, he never really did much, but he did open up the field for others such as Percy Harvin.

What I am really intrested in though is how Favre is doing. He got hit hard yesterday. And if Favre is out... Well then the Vikings will have gone from a decent team to one of the worst.

Stoopid move, keep Moss and get rid of Farve.

Saints earned that win, counterattacking hard hitting with a little of their own plus 3rd down conversions in the 2nd half. Congrats to them.

So Moss was waived because he said some food was crap...

So after benching McNabb for Rex Grossman there are reports that JaMarcus Russell worked out for the Redskins. Are they just trying to come up with new ways to insult McNabb? I have no clue what Shanahan is thinking here.

So he made a comment about some food and hes wavied or is it a mix of things?

It was a mix of things.

I assume it was the last straw type deal. Nobody liked him. He didn't play very well and treating a local restaurant employees compounded the problems.

It's common decency too not treat people like shit. Moss did.

Randy Moss is slowly going to become the whore of the NFL.

He's still a great player. Can't understand why the Titans were the only team to put a bid in for him.

Because he's slowly becoming a T.O. like entity. Fisher won't stand for his shit though. So we'll see how it goes.

His contract. There were probably some teams that were interested but hoped he would clear waivers and they could sign him for league vet minimum and let vikings pay the rest of the tab (like ravens did with TJ when seattle cut him)

I think this was a double blessing in disguise. One, it probably created a ton of compassionate publicity for the restaurant. Two, it carved yet another notch in the massive totem pole of Moss's wonderful off-the-field legacy.

Did you hear the resto is having a special brunch.

If you bring in your Moss jersey, you get a free breakfast, if not, then its 8.40 for that day.

Brilliant!

yeah thats exactly why.Belicheck isnt saying it but you just know the real reason the patriots were willing to part with him is because he dogs it at times. He wasnt sprinting, running all out on EVERY play.Players from other teams would say when they lost badly to them, that Moss just quit. He'll probably help them get into the playoffs this year and advance like he did with the patriots but in a couple more years or so,Fisher will get tired of him just like Belicheck did eventually.
