The martial art is one of the famous and the ultimate kind of the art to self defense. I like to learn the kung fu. I am rally a big fan of the martial arts.

is Full Contact a good martial art?

Full Contact what? Kickboxing? Karate?

Full Contact by itself usually refers to a ruleset.

No. Unless you're location is in China.

i think the school is kick boxing and muay thai for full contact

When I was younger I tryed Karate and made it to an orange belt but got bored and stopped.

try to be a shaolin monk and see how painful that is

I used to be in American Kenpo when I was a kid. I really want to get back in. I saw this vid the other day, and it just made me want to get back even more. Its of Paul Mills, a 10th degree black belt in American Kenpo, and its sick.

Has anyone ever noticed that alot of "martial arts masters" are out of shape and overweight? Dude looks like a redneck.

I've noticed the same thing, there is also that dim mak master that has been kinda famous lately, i think he was worse.

but man, besides the pain he causes to those guys, it sounds like he is cracking a whip really hard.
