How long can Neji rotate for ? Because Jan has Automatic weapons and luke can just zip in front of the kid before he beings , planting a BOOM HEADSHOT ! Seconds before he begins.

😕 I'm not arguing if Neji could win or not and I don't know how long he can do it. Also it would depend on how close they are, which assuming they're using guns I doubt they'd be even close enough to be hit by hit rotation. I'm just saying that it's possible he could deflect bullets with it if he had the time that's all. He can deflect solid object so being able to deflect bullets isn't much of a stretch but I doubt he's even fast enough to do it before he was shot. And if he can't deflect bullets with it there is alway the whole substitution jutsu he could use if he could do that without getting shot.

Vampires could possibly sense it , if not then Luke could get to Neji seconds after he's re-appeared. What with Superspeed + senses and all...

Yeah I don't even know who Neji is fighting so I didn't even know they were vampires. But yeah still I'm not saying anything about them. I mean just some normal person with a gun let Neji do his move first then shoot the gun I believe the bullet would be deflected. But I've already said I doubt Neji could move fast enough to do it in an actual battle unless he gets it off first because the person is close enough and then the person fires to try and stop him.
