Hard to say. The Valentine brothers got murdered in their appearance, but...... the Valentine brothers are much much cooler and consider who they were fighting. they Actually, come to think of it, the kids might win, but I'd say they are the underdogs. IMO, Walter would solo the field. 😛

I don't think so, ya see not only do the brothers have the advent of guns (Ten-Ten dies VERY quickly) , but their vampiric traits alone should allow them to keep up. Lest we forget....
Now i'd say that is (potentially) faster then Rock Lee , he leaves a blur. Luke didn't. The only way of even acknowledging that Luke was there was his cigarette.
Neji may be a bit of problem due to his 'Deus ex vision' but I doubt his 'Spinning top' attack can block bullets.
Dio wins btw. Can Bison stop a time-freeze ? No.
