I think JR, is new so people need to get used to him, also he seems to be the King's favorite, he See's so much of himself in him, I believe the 3 children he holds dearest are:
Ludwig - oldest and current heir to the throne, after all Bowser may one day meet his final end, doubtful but well you know.
Wendy O - Only Daughter
Bowser Jr - for the reasons above.
Because he wants her to be his wife, you will understand when you play Galaxy, also I preferred the kooplings but it would be nice to see all 8 of them, and I doubt he gave birth to them, after all there is a Morton Koopa Jr. could Bowser or even bowsers father be called Morton, we may never know, but is strange offspring are present but no mate, fact is he adores JR. In NSMB when you defeat Jr. Bowser goes in a rage.
I like the father aspect it makes him more lovable, instead of being a big brute, people forget that if Bowser is killed then his Children will have no parents, yet Peach, good natured seems oblivious to stop Mario from killing him, I guess Kamek and Kammy would have to raise them, also I doubt Bowser has a Wife, except for the time he married Peach, by Count Bleck.
