Superman would beat Prime right now in my opinion. His new villain smell is gone, and his less likely to face groups of cannon fodder and face heroes one on one. Looked what happened to him when he faced Conner.

Well in legion they only faced each other once solo and Superman was trying to redeem him as I recall and tried restraining him. At least that's what I remember.
When Superboy fought him solo enraged, he was giving Prime a hurting.
Prime was a true badass during Sinestro Corps. I loved him during that arc. Now they're making him to whiny and childish for my taste. His still a beast and I think still gets the nod over Clark in strength.
