Superboy Prime vs. The Void

Let's not derail the thread with finger-pointing; regardless of possible hypocrisy, it's never a crime to ask someone for evidence for their point of view.

My own feeling is that Void Sentry wins, for the reason stated above: SBP's main weapon is his punch, and Void appears to be able to recover from any kind of physical attack. Now, to be fair, SBP's punch does contain a high quantity of WTF factor, but until we get scans of him actually punching an opponent of this calibre into another dimension for BFR, or punching a hole in someone's soul or something (really, if this happened at some point I would be elated), I don't think it's possible for void to lose this.

Sentry might be unkillable but that doesn't mean he can't be k.o.ed or "killed" long enough for an legit win.
We have never seen him do his molecular manipulation offensivly against someone else then MM (who's durability is still human and whose power is molecular manipulation and who was in an very unstable state). Could he do this to someone with SBP durability? I doubt this, honestly. Let's see how he does against Thor but till then he has nothing that suggest he could take on Prime and win.

Oh the only thing he can do almost or as good as prime is... whine.

Yeah, Sentry, Prime, and Vulcan should probably get together to make an uber "little biotch" triumvirate.

I don't agree with you on Void's damage output, however. While Sentry doesn't have the best showings here, Void's showing against Ares alone would suggest that he is powerful enough to do SBP damage. Remember, others have made SBP bleed before; his real specialty isn't his durability (incredible though it may be), but his punching power -- probably the hardest hitting dude in comics. Void also has the advantage of being able to attack from all sides w/ light constructs (one might argue that there is insufficient evidence for these being able to do real harm to SBP, but they are clearly powerful enough to slow him down, giving Void yet another advantage).

The new LT?

While SBP was indeed hurt it didn't do more then annoy him, most of the time. So even if Void would hurt him I doubt it would do more then piss him off, and in the end you end up with SBP hitting harder, faster and using his HV deadlier then the Void could use his constructs.
I think SBP does more damage then Void/Sentry in an shorter amount of time to either KO or "kill" the Sentry. Till he reforms or gains consciousness it's still enough time for an legit win.

Prime is screwed against the Void. The Void's more powerful and can reform.

Void rips Prime to pieces, squishes the pieces to a bloody goop and finally drinks the whole mess trough a straw (bendy one).

There is nothing Prime can do to the Void. 😐
