But now we'll add guns.

The robber says 'Shit now I can't rob people anymore with my knife cuz, they're all armed with guns, I'm just some poor dude, who wants a few bucks, and they'll shoot me if I go there with a knife.' The criminal buys a gun.

So the criminal goes out to rob someone, not intending 2 kill someone, he only wants the person's money.

Now there R 4 possibilities:

1.
The person just gives his money, is still alive but a few bucks poorer.

2.
The person is a dumb aggresive prick and shoots the robber, a human live wasted, 4 what? A few bucks.

3.

The robber shoots the person in selfdefence, cuz the person pulled a gun on him.

4.

They both shoot eachother, 2 lives wasted 4 a few bucks.

That said, I'd rather b a few bucks poorer than dead, and I'd also rather B a few bucks poorer then have shot someone.

I am sure the criminal has the money for legal purchase of said firearm correct, I mean thats the only way a gun ban would affect said criminal in the purchase here.

When will they learn that they will never be able to control this problem. People have guns for protection, in other words they have them for a reason.

The UN will never be able to ban guns there will be someone somewhere who will be able to sneak them on to the black market. This is just a waste of tax payers money if I do say so myself, they have got nothing better to do.

If they are going to do it, it would be interesting to see how they go about it.

You missed a few possible outcomes:

5. Mugger runs away when he sees that his intended victim is carrying.

6. Criminal finds other person without a gun and attacks them.

And that's just with the mugger that just wants money. If we add rapists, sexual predators, serial killers and other assorted whackjobs into the picture, it becomes even more obvious that having guns in law-abiding hands is the lesser of 2 evils.

Guns shoudnt be banned, what should be banned are the idiot parents who keep guns in homes, where a child could find it and shoot him or herself by accident. Stupid parents.
