Well considering Squaresoft created Kingdom hearts I'd say it counts. If you can count every variation of ganon then you can count every variation of sephiroth.
With so many variation of ganon nothing is canon.
In the Legend of Zelda oracle of ages you can kill ganon without silver arrows or the master sword. O wait let me guess that’s not canon either because it allows sephiroth to kill ganon and sephiroth killing ganon isn't allowed in this discussion.
This whole thread isn't canon.
see, which attacks are holy? the only holy power i ever found was aeriths limits.
Something struck me, can ganon kill himself? because Sephiroth most irritating attack Pale Horse, causes all status problems, thus ganon would attack himself....
Anyway not really worth debating anymore, they can't kill each other

No, we're not 😬Supernova is total bull 🙄 It's only an illusionary attack and if it was as "powerful" as it looks to be it'd kill Seph too, so please, don't be THAT stupid.
Also, I've explained a thousand times why, read the previous posts before saying something stupid, ok? 😬
So let me get this straight , small orbs that can produce lightening bolts , heal near fatal injuries , and summon a insanely large space rock is 'alright' and 'ok' to use.
But an attack which swells the sun to touch the earth is 'stupid' to use.
It's a video-game Ice Jaw. Sometimes shit doesn't make sense , insulting people isn't going to get you anywhere.
Yes I did , I ignored them because people were (or had) already answered them but if you want I'll answer your 'questions'
Holy is a materia, a small sphere, so you're saying their spirits hoped into it to fight Seph? There's nothing suggesting that's how it happened.
It makes more sense then your 'It's all an Illusion theory'. If it's a illusion then what causes the IMMENSE damage and stat affects ? After all Sephiroth himself couldn't cause that much damage within the 'time restraint'
A.) If Supernova was that powerful then he wouldn't need Meteor in the first place.
Notice something , Supernova DESTROY the planets it passes through . Sephiroth didn't want to destroy Gaia , simply wound it NEAR destruction. So he was able to siphon off the life energy needed to heal the planet. Thus becoming a god.
B.) He can use it multiple times and therefor blowing up the sun and all the other planets multiple times, does that sound logical to you?
Note my earlier post which you brushed off in an arrogant manner. IT'S A VIDEO-GAME. Some things are repetitive and make no sense , every time you enter the dessert it's perpetual day . Does that mean the planet never revolves , or that it's perpetual day ? Or how about how Rufus Shinra arrived mere 'minuties' after you discover his fathers corpse. News couldn't have spread that quickly ?
Some thing don't make sense, accept it.
C.) It would Kill Seph too since he isn't immune to fire element attacks and the sun swallows 'Earth'.
See above

It's pointless to argue with him becuase his logic is flawed. He thinks the only way to beat ganon is with holy objects like silver arrows and the Light sword. So with his flawed logic nobody can beat ganon except link becuase nobody has silver arrows and the light sword. Even superman or goku couldn't beat ganon in his eyes becuase they lake silver arrows and light sword.
GF, there are still quite many questions unanswered like how you suddenly wind up in space and that your team is standing in mid air while fighting Seph in a place very very strange white place or how the sun is still there in Advent children or is that 'JUST A MOVIE'.
Flawed logic my ass, I didnt make the plot device. Did I say that, Dirk, did I? No, shush, Dirk. You think KH is canon. 😬
Proof of how Seph would win, please 😬
I say it's a draw.
I don't see wtf is the point in arguing this constantly. Ganon has shown resistans to damage and magic, he cannot be killed by things except LIGHT. Now this doesn't have to be Link's sword or special arrows, it could simply be something else, as long as it has light. However, it is not a small portion of light needed, as shown in OOT, not even shitloads of sword strikes, repelled magics and light arrows, Zelda's magics and the six sages could not bring down Ganondorf. They couldn't kill him, they had to seal him. Now suddenly some magic named "holy" is gonna take him down instantly?
And what is to say Ganondorf couldn't kill him first? The only reason Link survived is that the Master sword repells all evil, he could not be touched by magics such as the one that imprissoned Zelda, and his sword when utilizing it's power (as shown in WW) could freeze all the enemies in Hyrule, and absorb a portion of Ganondorf's power just by being placed in the pedestal!
1.) kamikz, provide proof that the Master Sword protected Link against Ganondorf's magic. And in WW the state of Hyrule was in was not the doing of the Master Sword but the doing of the Goddess as told in the beginning of the game. The Master Sword just served as a key.
2.) I gave a logical reason as to why Supernova was capable of being used last page about everything being a spiritual battle not a physical one.

1. ? Not sure what you're saying, but either way, Ganondorf's power is also a source of the godesses power, doesn't change the fact. The seal broke when Link pulled up the master sword, where is it said that the godesses absorbed Ganon's power? Thought they only drowned Hyrule!
And it is stated somewhere in WW I belive, and since it is the evil's bane, I'm pretty sure it can keep evil intact. I think there is a quote leading to it in ALTTP as well. I'll check it out...
*Cue Sephiroth Opera.*
Sephiroth: "You are a wothy foe, but you have been found wanting."
Gannon: "You are tiring... you cannot hope to last."
*From admist the smoke from the ruins of a once great city.*
Hanson: "Doo-wop ba dap ba dee-bop. Scooby-Doobie Doo wop bop ja jew. Ya-he-yeah!"
*Gannon and Sephiroth's head explodes.*
Shao Kahn: Hanson wins. Flawless Victory... Fatality.

Every zelda game has it's own continutiy, so, you can't refrence one game and connect it to another.
Kingdom of Hearts is a cross over, so, it's not canon. I doubt you can trust a game where dumbo can blow ballons and kill people.

Yeah you can’t trust a game where dumbo can blow ballons and kill people but you can trust a game ware you can kill a monster with a wooden sword and hit a chicken a thousand times with arrows and swords and it doesn’t die.
The whole thread isn’t canon. Squaresoft created Sephiroth so every squaresoft production that has sephiroth in it is canon. Just like Capcom created Ryu so every capcom game with Ryu in it would be canon for Ryu.
I will try my hardest to stay out of the addicting annoying thread.
