Sorry in advance for the following text: You did realize this just now for the first time? 😕

With the various flare ups where everything is declared non canon (Ush being only the most recent; there was that quote that tj was throwing around last spring) I kind of figured that there was someone keeping track of everything. (It helps that the board's canon policy is "ask and see."😉

Also Ahsoka's boob-window frankly terrifies me.
I spent a minute trying to figure out what this means. I came to no conclusion.

Its a window where you can look at her cleavage. What little there is at least. Cuz she is only 14.

Oh right, her new outfit.

Pfff, she doesn't have cleavage. How can we possibly drool over thatt?

Firstly I don't see any contradiction to Nephs initial point here: Given it all happened under influence of a force nexus, with Obi-Wan outright telling Anakin to utilize the force energy of the place, it seems to be unlikely, that Anakin could do something even remotely compareable apart from the nexus.

Secondly, I may point out, that you seem to have overlooked a little detail. Neither Obi-Wan nor Ahsoka are shown to receive any kind of "boost" in ability from the place, which kind of contradicts your assertion that it boosts the abilities of all force users present. Furthermore, even Anakin's own "boost" doesn't seem to be permanent, since he is pretty much inable to control / defeat the son throughout the rest of the episodes. In fact, the only other situation, in which he shows some unusual amount of power, is, when he "revives" his Padawan.

That being said, there is no evidence to conclude, that the children or the father receive a boost in force abilities, that is anywhere close to what Skywalker gets. In fact, as the father indicates multiple times, Anakin's unique nature as Chosen One is, what enables him to keep both children in check and thereby maintain the balance. If we can trust the fathers statements, Anakin was born to fulfill that task. This idea alone serves as a contradiction to your personal interpretation.

Combining this with the fact, that the two other Jedi didn't receive any noticeable boost in terms of force abilities, one might come to the conclusion, that Anakins performance was far less impressive than it seemed, because the place simple amped him more than it did boost the abilities of the two children, due to his very nature as Chosen One.

Furthermore, I still don't see any chance to draw any conclusions from that scene, that might be applicable to a versus fight not happening on Mortis.

Fair enough. {Though I didn't disagree with much of that.}

Its more that they'd give a 14 year old a boob window in the first place that disturbs me.

Age of consent might be different in the SW galaxy, you ethnocentric prick.

My galaxies age of consent is still over 14 so I'm still creeped out you gitburger.

No, your country's age of consent is over 14, you prickburger.

England is a galaxy if I say it is, you jizzburger.

No it's not and that sounds delicious!

Canada's age of consent used to be 14 until 2008. My mind's still stuck in the Fun Years, so Ahsoka's boobs, or lack thereof, are OK in my books.

So about Gaddafi...

who the hell cares?

So about Gaddafi...

He's dead, as the news has been saying for like 8 hours now.

Dragged from hiding in a drainage pipe, a wounded Moammar Gadhafi raised his hands and begged revolutionary fighters: "Don't kill me, my sons." Within an hour, he was dead, but not before jubilant Libyans had vented decades of hatred by pulling the eccentric dictator's hair and parading his bloodied body on the hood of a truck.

Huh..

I still haven't seen any specifics regarding his death.

He had a gunshot wound to the head. I'd say it was execution. Either that or he headbutted the wrong table. Your pick.

I meant specifics. Who killed him, when, where? Was it on order by higher ups, or some soldiers' spur of the moment decision?

Is it me, or have I been seeing several newcomers arriving to our fabled forums recently?
