Shoosh, serious time is now.
Rape is "sex without consent". Statutory rape exists because someone under 18 years old can not legally consent to anything*.
So the only factor to consider here is this: does being drunk off your ass disqualify you from being able to consent to something?
The answer is no. Someone who is under 18 years old can not go into a phone store and sign a contract for a cellphone. Why? Because if you're under 18 you can't consent to anything. But you can you sign a cellphone contract while drunk? Yes you can, and it's valid. When you sober up the next day and go back to the store and tell them you want to break the contract, they'll say "If you want, but it's gonna cost you because you signed it yesterday"**. You can say "well I was drunk yesterday, so this contract shouldn't really count!" But they'll just shrug.
So from a legal perspective, being drunk doesn't mean you can't consent to something.
From a logical perspective, you can consent to something while drunk, but your consent doesn't really hold any water since your judgement is skewed.
So, yeah. I have heard that in some states, though, possibly even pussy ass California, a girl can say you raped her if you screwed her while she was drunk, though. Just another example of how the Women's Rights movement can suck sometimes.
*In most of America, 18 is the legal consent limit.
** I am aware that most cellphone companies will give you a grace period in which you can break a contract with no penalty; this is just an example. stfu

DS, you seem to be fixated on the link between me and your innocence. it's okay... you can tell us anythingblax, as always, [edited]
Lol.
Anyway, I am inclined to agree with you Blax. If its legal to charge you with a crime you commit when drunk, then you should also be able to take responsibility for your actions in other ways, i.e. giving consent.
That said, getting a girl drunk so she'll sleep with you is pretty bad. You're walking a fine line to date rape there.

right, but he has to have a canon name, like YOUR character in KOTOR was Revan, what is the name of your character in TOR? Without an actual character killing him, the emporor's existence is kinda sketchy.
Spoiler:
I imagine there will be an official name released eventually, but until then it'll be something like 'The Unnamed Jedi Knight' or something. It'll be a title rather than an actual name, like The Lone Wanderer or The Vault Dweller.
