Actually, (and you can look this up for authenticity) Star Wars was essentially Lucas largely ripping-off Frank Herbert's Dune (The actual bonified first draft was about Dukes, Barons, a galactic system of Houses, and a Princess guarding a case of "Aura-Spice" - (See: Melange) - Lucas's lawyer advised Lucas against publishing the original draft for fear of the Herbert Estate suing for plagiarism - and so Lucas had to remove many elements from the story, until it became a littler closer to what we have now.

In fact, whenever people ask what Lucas's inspiration was, he always says Flash Gordon or an homage to Samurai films - but that's Bullshit.

He was always avoiding and hiding away from the fact that he essentially lifted the plot from Dune and was always very reluctant to acknowledge it as his main inspiration.

Depends on which Mass Effect. I am fairly certain men wrote several, if not all of them. And a LOT of people like Liara, Miranda, Tali, and Ashley (though Ash tends to have the lowest.....)

I really hated Ashley (I happily sacrificed her over Kaiden) though Tali and Liara (I romanced the hell out of her and I will be doing the same with Jessica Chobot 😄 ) were great. Not only was she kind of ugly and boring but she was also racist and it seemed like she was just looking for an excuse to kill an alien when she killed Wrex.

To each their own. Ashley wasn't too bad to me, but I am from Missouri. Thats just about the norm, what with the idiots who tend to congregate outside of cities.

Yup, the fact that Wrex was aiming a gun at you and was an inch away from pulling the trigger had nothing to do with her killing him.

Depending on your dialogue chocies there is a scenario when she does it even when Wrex starts to calm down.

Tali and Ashley both bored me. Miranda and Liara were cool though.

I stuck with Liara all the way through.

Looking at pictures, they really didn't do Jessica Chobot's character justice. She should have been by far the hottest character, but the hottest is probably Miranda.
