Quite right. I wasn't going to say anything initially, but yes, we're looking to bring on some new members to the moderating team.

Indeed. Neph is the nicest (and most widely known) poster we have. He's probably the safest to trust with Mod powers, because if he pulls any bullshit, then posters from like 5 different boards will call him on it.
