I just noticed something interesting watching TDKR again, specifically when Bane says "the police will survive", while the police were underground. It appears that his plan was really for them to survive, since being underground was the only place that would have been safe when the bomb goes off. I wonder if that's a tenet of the league of shadows: destroy a place but make sure the law still exists when a place begins anew.
He was bi-racial: Hispanic and Caucasian.
Either way, ultimately I'm with whats-his-face on this one. This was a liberal misfire from the get-go. Conservative pundits and Fox news bias are regularly (and rightly!) flogged for their flawed reporting, but coverage of this has been proof enough that there is such a thing as liberal media bias, even if it's not as sinister as Agnew thought.

How do you define black?
The lack of pigmentation? Yes, perhaps by the standards of Merriam Webster, but I believe that so-called "blackness goes deeper than the lack of color. It is an abstract concept. To be black one must be void of all that makes up existence, yet it must fully assimilate it as well.
Only when a man achieves this state can he truly be free.
