I didn't really think it was you. 😛

Merry Christmas everyone!

Shut up Neph.

Merry Christmas doe.

Three hours until a strange fat man in red forcibly enters your chimney, Blax?

5 hours and 45 minutes.

Santa, like God, operates on PST.

Its already Christmas here!

Also, my birthday. 😄

Y-you were born on Christmas?

Yup. It says so in mah profile, so it must be true.

more importantly, less than 24 hours until the Doctor is replaced by an angry old guy. I am not happy about losing Matt Smith.

Happy xmas, guys 🙂

Happy birthday Neph, and happy Agnostica everyone!

The discussion goes deeper than who is the worst guy, this isn't some kind of pass-the-parcel blame game. Why is Palpatine evil? Why are the Sith evil? Why are the Sith so intent on 'revenge' upon the Jedi? The problems with their order go pretty deep and concern a lot of their ideological assumptions of themselves, the senate, the republic, the sith, outsiders, and so on. These are interesting things to talk about EVEN IF the Sith have a higher literal body count.

The Jedi smushed their slave-holding, ruthless empire where they got to act as god kings, hence, revenge. Each master instills that in their apprentice and it's passed down. Also, focusing on emotions like revenge and hatred is part and parcel of their philosophy, as it literally helps them become more powerful.

The Jedi sometimes get a bit isolated and blind to threats, but they almost never instigate things.

The Sith did help to encourage the Republic's issues for a long time before Palps, purposefully to make them vulnerable.

With Jedi, even when they aren't at their best, they really aren't bad. Rather, there's more worldly eras of Jedi- where the Jedi are hard to blindside, but you're also more likely to see fallen Jedi due to their attachment to personal concerns- and more ascetic Jedi, where their isolation can leave them caught unaware by oncoming threats despite their power, but don't fall as often. The real question is more, "what is the best approach to protect the galaxy?".

Christmas TV is so crap these days.

Futurama X-mas special!

G-grandpa?

Xmas birthdays suck, since often you don't get the presents of good quality due to everyone being broke for the holidays. I was born on December 29th, so I still got this routine.

Merry Christmas to all. 😄

Yes, my child?

I love the 15+ year old tradition of a 24 hour marathon of a Christmas Story.

I fvcking hate that motherfking movie

I watched Princess and the Frog and Toy Story 3.

And cried both times. ;_;

Btw, this is hands down the greatest "most realistic" fight scene ever.

YouTube video

I remember being a bit baffled that this chubby dude could even hold up to Liam considering how brutally efficient he was at WTFmurdering everyone else.

Same training. But seriously how epic is that fight? Great choreography, awesome music.
