Melian's daterape is pretty funny, but Thingol gets a nice kingdom out of the deal, a hot wife, and riches beyond measure. Also, Thingol is I believe the tallest of Eru's children on Middle-Earth, over Elendil who was 7'. It's scary.

Like I said, this came out of nowhere for me. I'm torturing myself trying to discern the origins of this problem and praying that we have a future.
Unfortunately, I take friendships and relationships extremely seriously. I know at least Zamp and Neph can attest to the fact that when I genuinely thought we had a legitimate spat, I took it very personally and tried to make amends.
This is about 50 million times worse since actually in love with this girl. I'm kinda stuck in limbo.
