True. Which is why I don't like that they're called "religious rights". Ideally, there wouldn't be any such thing, as the notion of rights surrounding personal faith is frankly redundant. Right to the self, and right to free thought should encompass all that falls under the concepts of faith and religion. And beyond. But at no point should your own ideas and conceits interfere with the physical welfare of another--e.g. the circumcision thing. That that notion isn't instinctive, and instead requires codification in law and endless debate in courts and classrooms (and message boards) is quite sad to me.
