It was all a mental attack that Sidious and Dooku were assaulting Yoda with through some ritual, when Yoda visited the Sith homeworld.

You know, the Sith homeworld: Moraband.

I think they changed the homeworld just so they could make the big bad guys come from a place that begins with "mor". Sith come from Mordor, right?

That vision fight up there is pretty darned cool if you forget everything that happens in RotS. And that's something I gladly do.
