I think everyone no matter the age should get the death penalty, for there actions that includes babies, and old people if they killed people,

I'm against it too. The only possible situations I can even think about the death penalty being up to standard is for the most evil of crimes, child rape, that sort of thing.

Though coming from a family of criminals I'm all for the regular justice system, rehabilitation I like, and have seen it work to good effect over the years, personally.

Babies can be very dangerous when they swarm, like piranhas. I myself have had to defend against and kill 23 babies.

I'm against it too. The only possible situations I can even think about the death penalty being up to standard is for the most evil of crimes, child rape, that sort of thing.

I don't think RH is against it but I may be wrong. Suppose we should let him explain. But it's nice to see that only a select few on here are against it. There's hope for humanity yet.

That would depend on the murder. I think there are cases where murder is justified. Is you're protecting yourself and have to use deadly force against someone trying to kill you, then so be it. You should be punished, yes, but not on the level of someone who has preplanned murder.

But trying to convince me that the death penalty is worthwhile is.. Well.. Worthless. I just don't believe in it.

In my opinion there's a difference between murder and justifiable homicide/self-defense.

Also why should you be punished for protecting yourself and others with deadly force? You didn't do anything wrong.

I think over here Neph there's something in the rules about only protecting yourself with a certain amount of force, like to incapacitate the attacker, rather than killing them.

Don't quote me on that though, I've not got a clue. Justifiable force, is that a think?

So if you're in the process of self defense, you have to worry more about not killing the perpetrator than your own life and/or family? That sounds kinda stupid.
