(And who the fvck is Willis?)

Arnie; you probably know more about this than I do, but I'll tell ya that McDonald's, Burger, and the other fast food crap is TASTY, but, honestly, there's nothing good about the meat there. Real burgers are tasty and have tons of carbs/protein, but McDonald's semi-artifical super-processed meat? Nah-uh. It's less tasty, too.

Do you like fish? I love fish. If you find it dry, use some Asian Sauce of some sort. Try Teriyaki Salmon. It's effin' delicious. Here's a recipe:

http://closetcooking.blogspot.com/2007/07/salmon-teriyaki.html

Check it out.

I sure love fish, well i do eat mac's or burger king once in a while because i can't stand eating the same shit everyday though once i start dieting for comp, ican't eat those crap.

Oh by the way, it would be at least 10-12 years of intensive training, hardcore dieting and dedication before i look something like this(not as massive but on a smaller scale):

Ten? Really?

That's a little excessive. Almost as bad as going to medical school, except you probably won't get rich in the end.

More reasons on why bodybuilding is not for lazy people like me. 😄

Edit: Faunus, I have intentions to be a doctor/surgeon/crazy guy with a knife and an obsession. Don't diss med school.

I just don't think it's necessary. Chicks like the lean look, excessive muscle isn't really conducive to functional strength and muscular agility, and it's too much work to maintain.

EDIT -- Props on the med school choice, I'm not dissing it. You're gonna be a rich bastard, especially if you go into anesthesiology, where one of the higher-level branches averages 301k a year.

It just takes too long for me. I'd be thirty-one before being eligible to have my own private practice or really get going in a hospital, and would've spent the past decade of my life in residency/school. Too much for, since my parents started me on nursery and basic introduction to education (Montessori) when I was one and half.

Probably not, but i just plan to compete in the mr olympia, not actually win.

This hobby and passion is something i take quite seriously, but i'm not neglecting my social life, family or studies in the way.

It isn't easy to actually get built that big, it takes years of commitment, intensive training, hell and steroids get involved to break your genetic barriers(not that i plan to use it anytime soon).

And nah, i'm not doing this to attract any ladies, at this moment i sort of have the more lean-built body, not really a mass freak yet.

EDIT: This ultimate long term goal i want to achieve is for those big time competitions, nobody is going to have an enjoyable time maintaining such a massive physique.

Hell if you have heard of kevin levrone, that guy fcuked his body so bad with excessive steroid abuse that he is living on synthetic testosterone.

Meh. I would stick with the lean, but your choice. The commitment is admirable.

Well thanks sincerely, but its lightyears away from what i want to achieve but still, nothing ever comes easy in life, want something? Everyone knows we got to work and commit ourselves for it.

I may have the lean build which people find alright and nice but if i were to stand next to an IFBB pro bodybuilder, i would look like a skinny chopstick.

EDIT

Btw faunus, i bet if 7-10 years from now(if somehow we all post on kmc then) if i were on the olympia stage(hopefully), you would probably be laughing and saying "lulz i use to pwn this dude in the forums and make an ass out of him" 😆 😆

Bet you'd have a longer life expectancy. 😛

It depends really, overtraining and excessive steroid usage(nono i dont take em) would fuk me up extremely badly and give me so much health problems that i could die anytime.

I seriously don't want to live on synthetic testosterone for the rest of my life and not produce any children so i would have to be extremely careful to not overload anything.

But even if i can't achieve the arnie build, some one like frank zane(whom isn't a mass freak) would be more achievable and less risky plus, i doubt any steroids were involved when he achieved gus classical physique.

K i'll stop rambling before i get obnoxious.

Yeah, I'm for the lean look, too. Sucks, though, cause I have this REALLY weird body built. I'm pretty thin, but my shoulders are broader than most people who can be taller than me. Yeah, it blows.

And, despite the props of being a rich bastard, I'm interested in a variety of medical subjects. I'm on the young side, though, so I got time to decide. I AM leaning towards the bio-technological aspect of medical stuff. Always found that interesting.

Edit: Arnie, take some martial arts- I suggest Krav Maga- and I bet you could kick anyone's ass. 😛

No need. Dim Mak, and kill anyone instead.

No. Why get complicated with pressure points? I believe in a punch to the throat.

Btw, I do Karate, but I've heard that Krav Maga is the most lethal thing ever. Except for Chuck Norris.

Krav Maga isn't an actual form. It's used by the Israeli military as an 'all out, anything goes' self defense art. There's very little fancy axe kicks or roundhouses.

Exactly. Which is why it's deadly.

I know what it is. And it's actually used and developed by the Mossad, the Israeli Intelligence Agency. Imagine an Israeli James Bond, basically.

Well, if you have broad shoulders then its likely you got mesomorphic traits which means you have the potential to be lean or even built like a bodybuilder(just that you need to diet and you dont want to be too buffed lol).

How heavy and tall are you btw?

As for martial arts, i kinda prefer the brute force and brutality of muay thai.

Meh. With Dim Mak, I'm capable of inducing a heart attack into my opponent by striking him in the armpit, for instance.

Which is easily done if you can anticipate a punch or swing of some kind.

Mesomorphic?

And I'm 1.67 CM tall and weight something like 53 kilos. Maybe a bit less.

I hit puberty early. It complicated stuff, but I'm still growing. Hopefully to 1.75 or so.

Edit: Enyalus, I dare you to give someone a heart attack while he's pounding on you with punches and kicks. Besides, if you're in for 'pressure point' killing, I suggest you do back-of-the-head stuff. Knock someone over with a kick and elbow him in the back of the head. If done right, it causes paralysis and potential death.

Well there are 3 bodytypes.

Ectomorph, mesomorphs and endomorphs.

Ecto- skinny, easy to lose fat, hard to gain weight , narrow shoulders and generally tall

Meso- genetically gifted, born with a naturally hard body and a little muscular with that "V" shape as well as broad shoulders, easy to lose and gain weight but can get fat if diet isn't watched. Very easy to put on muscle also as well as having a good bone structure.

Endo- well big guys with broad shoulders, big bones but generally have alot of fats, hard to lose fats.

Most people have a mixed body type, mine has both mesomorphic and ectomorphic traits, arnolds was similae, yours is probably the same.

Me? Well i only weigh 172 lbs and i stand at 5'9' which is 77-78kilos and 179-180cm tall.

There was an increase from 138 lbs to 172lbs since i started eating like a horse and bodybuilding.

Yup. Meso seems to describe me.
