No.
Because Matthew Stover grasped the cowardly general we see in RotS and turned him into one of the greatest badasses ever. When you're a bigger badass than Count Dooku and Darth Sidious, you know you've accomplished something.
As I said, third only to General Turr Phennir, Supreme Commander of the Confederation Armed Forces and Grand Admiral Gilad Pellaeon, Supreme Commander and Executive of the Galactic Empire.

No.
Movie Palpatine is retarded,
You're high. After his duel with Windu, yeah. Everything before? No.
movie Mace is still cool in parts,
You're high. Samuel L. Jackson's acting was second only to Hayden's in "shittiest performance" category. There was more "wood" there than Michael Jackson at the local daycare.
and movie Grievous was pretty much disappointing.
He was, yes.
I don't understand why people hate Palpatine's movie incarnation. I mean, dang, he had some (really) stupid expressions and laughed like a lunatic, but he was still the seductive, manipulative, meglomanial psychopath. I loved his movie incarnation, personally, outside of his duel with Mace. Movie Grievous rocks, too. Mace Windu? Fail.

QED.
He was, yes.Don't dare to state your agreement; acknowledge my superiority quietly.
If you argue with me again, I shall have you trashed. As it is, you're scheduled for a royal reaming.
Sidious was awesome. I personally enjoyed the ****er when he was just being an absolute prick in TPM. But the Opera Scene in RotS is pretty much the best dialogue scene in the movies, and McDiarmid's performance also made RotJ watchable. But his expressions and "NO NO NO YOU MUST DIE!" dialogue was ridiculous.
Addendum: the inauguration of the Galactic Empire? Downright chilling.

The best part of the inauguration was Padme's line.
No.
The ending phrase: "the Republic will be reorganized into the FIRST GUH-LACK-TIK EMP-EYE-AH! For safe and secuuuuuure ... society!" was chilling, especially with the music, and Palpatine lifting his hands as though he's in the middle of church. Downright demonic. And those Senators are "LOL YAY LESS POWER FOR US!!!! GO PALPY!"
The opera scene was excellent, that spinning jump thing was badass, and all of his RotJ scenes were amazing.
The scream was more badass than the jump. It looked unnecessary. My dad was like "Why the **** is he showboating?"

Wait... that was an opera scene? When he and Anakin were talking? What was with that weird bubble thing in the center? Is that the SW version of opera or something?
