King Joker was banned because he was mixed up in activities that compelled me to take a closer look at his account. It came up as a duplicate account and matched a prior account that was banned. I don't ban people on request. Nobody gets people banned. A person's actions get them banned. So stop looking for somebody to blame.
As it stands, King Joker made a new account. I was told there were forgotten passwords and some other issues with his prior accounts. So he gets another chance due to issues with prior accounts.

If it makes you feel any better though, California apparently has one of the lowest IQs in the country.
