What do you guys think ? Is this is a good TK feat or not ?

Eh.

It's not among his best.

Ew. Do not agree with this.

Tyler attempted to buy a gun and was denied on the grounds that he had been committed to a mental institution in 1986 after suffering emotional problems stemming from a divorce. He was only in there for a month.

This part stood out as potentially political phrasing. Like, if you're committed for an entire month then maybe we don't want to put a gun in your hands? (Changing the phrasing changes the conclusion the reader draws.)

In practice, the details of the case (that there was no bureaucratic process to re-certify the guy to get a gun) seems like a bigger issue than the law prohibiting patients of mental institutions from getting weapons. The judge seems to have focused on the wrong part of the system.

Oh, and I want to add to the list of pros/cons about Cuba:
There's an article (in spanish, translated with google) that claims a big part of the political scene inside Cuba relies on using the US Embargo as a common enemy. Lifting the Embargo might remove an important political tool for the current administration. (mostly conjecture at this point on my part, admittedly)

The important plot iz that there iz alzo an interior political zcene.

That waz I waz tying to tell you. Yhea, the governement get weaker and weaker with the time.
The embargo iz the main excuze for the hate of americanz and mozt of the rztriction impozed to the population including... INTERNET !!!!! Yhea Yoani zanchez have only the public network from the library to edit her blog zhe go in zecret under an hidden identity (but I think than now the governement allow her a permanant connnexion under the external prezzure and her popularity zo.... Humhum.. It'z an example of how weaken the influence of the governement iz... Evn if it ztill an dictature with old politicz oppozentz in prizon etc...)

"(in spanish, translated with google)"

That'z for baby dude. True man needn't google tranzlate. I only uze a dictionnary on zome particular word....

Yeah, especially while two people on it.

Not ztop juzt lift up while it'z mooving.

10. Zam Wesell
Leading us into the galaxy’s seedy underworld is Zam Wesell. She comes close to eliminating a certain Naboo senator -- making good use of tools both explosive…and slithering. But don’t take your eyes off her. Zam is a changeling, and doubly dangerous.

9. Dengar
One of the elite trackers hired by Darth Vader to find the Millennium Falcon, Dengar has years of experience – and a unique sense of style -- dating back to the Clone Wars. Some advice: if you encounter him on a train, keep your distance.

8. IG-88
IG-88 is another of Vader’s preferred bounty hunters, and the only droid on this list. A towering, imposing figure, this mechanical menace is beholden to no one, and represents something truly scary: a droid – and bounty hunter -- with no humanity.

7. Asajj Ventress
Formerly a Sith apprentice, Asajj Ventress’ Force abilities make her a formidable bounty hunter. The hairless harpy is the MVP of Boba Fett’s all-star team, and later, is the first to catch an on-the-run Ahsoka Tano. Not bad for a late career change.

6. Embo
He rarely talks, but his actions – and bowcaster – speak for him. Fast, agile, and deadly, Embo is a true mercenary, fighting for whoever can afford him. He’s an expert marksman, the only bounty hunter with a pet anooba, and he proves that in his profession, fashion can be functional.

5. Jango Fett
Whether rumbling in the rain with Jedi or blasting beasts point blank, Jango Fett’s combat ability is second to none. Plus, he has some of the coolest bounty hunter toys around. No wonder a Sith Lord made an army out of him.

4. Bossk
Bossk is a natural tracker and, as the bounty hunter that recruits Asajj Ventress, also a good talent scout. He’s a crack shot with a rifle, mowing down Kage warriors during one intense job, and is equally effective with his reptilian fists.

3. Aurra Sing
Utterly ruthless, Aurra Sing goes to frightening depths just for profit. She executes captive clone troopers, snipes security forces with heartless precision, and kills former partners face-to-face. As a mentor to Boba Fett, Sing shows the young bounty hunter that a killer instinct is necessary in their line of work – and few can match hers.

2. Boba Fett
He tracks the Millennium Falcon to Cloud City. He boldly questions Darth Vader. And he delivers Han Solo to Jabba the Hutt. Boba Fett is a legendary bounty hunter, inspiring dread with the mere mention of his name. The son of Jango Fett, he hones his skills from a young age. Fett’s battle-worn armor, featuring a downright awesome helmet, jet pack, and other…surprises…is instantly recognizable, and his silent demeanor only adds to his mystique. In the end, Boba Fett is a true icon of a galaxy far, far away.

1. Cad Bane
He’s no-nonsense, unpredictable, and very, very cool. Topping our list is Cad Bane, who will stop at nothing to get the job done. His accomplishments are many: Bane frees Ziro the Hutt from a highly-guarded prison; he infiltrates the Jedi Archives and steals a holocron; and he captures Ahsoka Tano. With his arsenal, gadgetry, and a pretty evil droid, no one stands between Bane and a payday. He’s our kind of bounty hunter – fearless and inventive -- and that’s why we rank Cad Bane #1.

Cad Bane was a boss, but putting him over the Fetts is nonsense.

Putting Bossk over Jango Fett is even worse.

Cad Bane's spot is reasonable, Bossk's is not.

Is there any information about how long Grievous's lightsaber training was ? This effectiveness of Savage's training, I've noticed that Grievous would be a good example since he only trained for a short amount of time in the Clone Wars, and become a very powerful warrior, very similar that Kaleesh warrior / Nightbrother warrior to lightsaber wielder monster transformation.

The weight isn't particularly impressive, but the fact that he did it so quickly against a fast-moving object makes it pretty good I think.
