Iran is never going to acknowledge Israel's existence as Jewish state, and no negotiator that was actually interested in a nuclear deal, is going to bring such a stupid demand to the table. Unless of course, you wanted to make sure no deal was possible, which is what Bibi and his warmongering allies in Congress want.
More importantly, Iran acknowledging Israel doesn't do anything towards curbing Iran's nuclear ambitions. It's just a useless symbolic gesture, cooked up by Bibi because he's having a tantrum that Obama rightly has decided to ignore him.

I think Iran is the biggest terrorist threat. Pakistan is a useless country. The political climate in Saudi Arabia has slowly been changing since 9/11. That leaves Iran and whatever nuclear arsenal it may be able to build up, even if over time. There is nothing stable about Iran. You have the ayatollah screaming "death to America" every single day.
