A little bit. Ultron does come first and on AoS they mention a few basic things about the plot and one of the minor reveals for the movie in spoiled in AoS because they had a hand in it.

Go into your Windows folder, open System 32, and delete Hal.dll. That usually helps filter out some of the BS you pick up online.

Protip: "Go into system 32" as the precursor to advise is always a terrible idea.
