First KOTOR is classic Star Wars done well. Second KOTOR is an interesting deconstruction of the former. Both are good. That being said, KOTOR II has way more interesting characters, and a much better group of bad guys. KOTOR II also has just way better writing in general.
I actually went to replay KOTOR I for the first time and years, and I stopped a few hours in. It's weird looking back, but the dialogue options suck in KOTOR I. It has a really bad case of Bioware Binary Choice. Murder Puppies vs Save The All The Kittens. I can't take that shit seriously. The only time in KOTOR I where I had to think about the choices I had, was on Manaan. KOTOR II is simply worlds better in its writing and the maturity of its subject matter.

I have received a pm from each of you (and Neph!) but am in the middle of moving to CA so my posts here are basically indulgences.

(Have only been on here after at least 2 drinks during the last few weeks)

😂
The Hero walks, the Nephthys talks,
And Vitiate is out for a walk.
With the Jedi in a purge,
And with Satele Shan’s sexual urge,
Scourge begins to daddle.
Malgus dies, Revan flies,
And the doors are thrown wide open.
A versus forum is in the view,
Waiting for you,
To make do to the registration.
I just wrote this at the Korriban zoo,
And Yoda talk will do.
Join the Star Wars Forums you should,
for I just made a poem for you.
This one was legendary, let's be honest. ^
