May I ask... what is, intellectually speaking, the difference betweena a black man, a half-white, half-black man, and a white man? There is none. Obama is black, and this, racially, classifies him as an African American. That's how he chooses to portray himself and that's how people view him.

While Bush's presidency was certainly a terrible time in American history, and the amount of influence that Cheney (sp?) had as a Vice president is unprecedented, I am not convinced that Bush was completely inept. He was an inept speaker, but I have a hunch that he was more involved than we give him credit for.
