Wouldn't a mentally sound individual who is TRULY secure with their sexuality and their gender change..not really give a shit what society thinks? They aren't being hunted down and lynched here. They aren't being told to go sit at the back of the bus. They aren't being chucked off buildings.
Usually people who fall into mental illness are due to life experiences unless their brains aren't functioning properly. If people are treated like they are unwanted or like freaks it does have an effect. That's common sense. You're equating their lives not being in danger as having no merit to taking their own lives. You obviously don't emphasize because you're stupid. I've always known this to be the case with someone who shares your hilariously biased political views.
