They're all awesome in their own way, but based on my first impressions, it's Illuminati > Dragon > Templar.
Pretty much. The main draw of the Illuminati is that your handler is hilarious.
While we're talking about games, I'd like to say that the Witcher 2 is imo just as good as Witcher 3 is and Letho is one of the best antagonists in all of video gaming.

I actually took like half a year break from W2 because the part before you choose between Roche and Iorveth was so boring. I'm rather pissed they didn't bring him and Saskia back for W3 tho. They are one of the best characters in the whole series.

Also, has anyone here played the first Witcher. 🙂
Me. It's great. Gameplay is dated obviously, but the story is really good.
The choice at the end of Act I was great. Even though
Spoiler:
she probably was an evil witch who killed everyone I still let that town of ***** burn.

Witcher 2 definitely had a better story and I loved how the entire middle of the game would be completely different based upon a choice made in part 1. But the combat in that game was an absolute bore. And it takes far too long before the gaming actually becomes interesting.
Letho was great though. “Bow low, you stand before a head crowned.”
I agree, the story of Witcher 3 wasn't its strongest element. I feel like the game was just too open which made the pacing pretty bad and the villains were very weak. I never felt any tension or urgency in the plot which sucks. I also feel like W3's combat starts off being very strong but gets boring at a point where you become overpowered enough to just own everything.
With W2 you do need to push through the start but after that is becomes phenomenal.

But yeah, I sucked it to the villagers too. 🙂
